What we built

We studied the company, its fleet and dispatch processes and designed a strategy across 5 directions: fleet efficiency, resource control, predictive analytics, automated reporting and process transparency. NextRobot neural networks plug into the existing infrastructure and ERP. Roadmap: audit, pilot on a fleet segment, model tuning, scale-up.
