This policy explains what personal data Next Robot collects through this website, why we collect it, who receives it, how long we keep it and what rights you have. It applies to nextrobot.online and all its language versions.
Who is responsible for your data
The operator of your personal data is Next Robot (“we”, “us”), the company behind nextrobot.online.
For any privacy question or request, write to hello@nextrobot.online.
Where the law of your country uses other terms — data controller, data user — they refer to Next Robot in this policy.
What this policy covers
This policy covers personal data we process when you visit the website, fill in the project form, accept or decline cookies, or contact us by email, phone or messenger using the details published on the site.
Websites of third parties linked from our pages have their own privacy policies.
What data we collect
Data you give us in the project form:
- name;
- phone number and the country code you selected;
- preferred contact channel — WhatsApp, Telegram, WeChat, LINE, email or a phone call;
- email address;
- company name (optional);
- your message and the answers you choose in the form: type of project, industry, timing and approximate budget.
Data collected automatically when you submit the form:
- the page you sent the form from, the first page you landed on and the website that referred you;
- advertising parameters of the link you came by: UTM tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content) and click identifiers (gclid, gbraid, wbraid, fbclid, yclid, ttclid);
- Meta browser identifiers _fbp and _fbc, if these cookies are present;
- IP address, browser user agent, site language, and the date and time of the request.
Data from cookies and similar technologies — see “Cookies and local storage” below.
Correspondence — the content of emails and messages you send us and the contact details they come from.
We collect only the data listed above. Special categories of data (health, beliefs, biometrics and similar) stay outside this processing — please keep them out of your message.
Why we use it
- to review your request and reply in the channel you chose;
- to prepare a solution outline, estimate or commercial proposal, and to conclude and perform a contract with you or your company;
- to understand which pages and campaigns bring requests — using the page addresses and advertising parameters attached to your request;
- to measure and improve our advertising with analytics and advertising tags — only with your consent to analytics and advertising cookies;
- to keep the site secure: limiting the number of requests and filtering spam and bots;
- to comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
Personal data serves only the purposes above and is kept out of any sale. Every decision with legal effects for you is made by a person.
Legal grounds
We process personal data on the basis of your consent — given in a separate document, the Consent to personal data processing, when you submit a form, and through the cookie banner for analytics and advertising; to take steps at your request before entering into a contract and to perform a contract; to comply with legal obligations; and, for site security and spam prevention, on the basis of our legitimate interest.
For users in the Russian Federation, processing is carried out in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”. For users in other countries, we follow the requirements of local data protection laws where they apply to us.
Conversion events
When you submit a request and have accepted advertising cookies, our server may send a “Lead” event to Meta through its Conversions API, so that each conversion is counted once and ads can be measured. The event contains a technical event ID, the page address, your IP address and browser user agent, the _fbp and _fbc identifiers, and your name, phone number and email address — the last three only in hashed form (SHA-256), which serves for matching only and keeps the contact data unreadable.
The Google and Yandex tags in your browser also record a submitted request as a conversion — with a technical request ID and the selected service only; your name, phone number and email address stay out of these events. Yandex Metrica does this only if you clicked “Accept”; Google tags follow the Consent Mode rules described above.
Who receives the data
Your data is available only to Next Robot staff who need it to handle your request. We use service providers who process data on our instructions:
- hosting and infrastructure providers that run the website and store requests;
- our CRM and internal notification tools — for example, a messenger bot that alerts the team about a new request;
- email and messenger services you choose for communication;
- Google, Meta and Yandex — as described above, and only with your consent.
We may also disclose data when required by law or by a lawful request of a public authority.
International transfers
We work with clients in Russia, Thailand, China and other countries, and some of our providers (for example, Google and Meta) process data outside your country.
When we collect personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation, it is initially recorded and stored in databases located in the Russian Federation, as required by Federal Law No. 152-FZ. Cross-border transfers are carried out only in the cases and in the manner permitted by applicable law.
For other countries, we transfer data abroad only with the safeguards required by applicable law or with your consent.
How we protect data
- encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) across the whole site;
- access to requests only for authorised staff;
- request limits and spam filtering on the form;
- hashing of contact data sent to advertising platforms.
Every method of transmission and storage carries some residual risk, so we apply measures appropriate to the nature of the data and review them as the service evolves.
How long we keep data
- requests and correspondence — as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting project, and for up to 3 years after our last contact, or longer where the law requires it (for example, for contract and accounting documents);
- your cookie choice — 12 months;
- advertising parameters in local storage — until you clear your browser data;
- analytics and advertising data — according to the retention settings of Google, Meta and Yandex.
If you withdraw consent or the purpose of processing is achieved, we stop processing and delete or anonymise the data within 30 days, except where the law allows or requires us to keep it.
Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you have the right to:
- find out whether and how we process your data and receive a copy of it;
- have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected;
- request deletion of your data or restriction of processing;
- object to processing, including for marketing;
- withdraw your consent at any time — processing carried out before the withdrawal remains lawful;
- receive your data in a portable format, where the law provides for it;
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Russia, Roskomnadzor; elsewhere, your local data protection authority.
To exercise any right, write to hello@nextrobot.online from the address you used, or include the phone number from your request so we can identify you. We respond within the time limits set by applicable law.
Children
The site is intended for businesses and for users aged 18 and over. If you believe a minor has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services, tools or the law change. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update.
