We mapped LSR's IT landscape — ERP, document workflow, Pilot-BIM, ITender SRM, Ujin OS, DWH — and designed an AI-employee layer. The AI lawyer checks contracts against 214-FZ, the AI estimator builds estimates from BIM in 2 hours, the AI financier forecasts cash gaps, computer vision monitors sites.
