What we built

We analysed the MOBI.Money ecosystem and designed an AI roadmap: an AI Sales Agent for proactive cross-sell, an AI Support Agent for B2B/B2C requests and an AI Analyst for payment routing and antifraud. The plan covers API integration, agent training, launch in Telegram, WhatsApp and Avito, and a quarterly model of LTV, CAC and OPEX.
