What we built
We wrote the technical specification and a two-stage delivery plan of 4–6 weeks each: an investor demo, then the production platform. Files upload through signed links to private storage and pass validation and preprocessing: PDFs split into sheets, DWG and DXF convert to SVG. Each job enters a BullMQ queue with a 3-minute timeout; every one of the 7 categories gets its own model pass, the response is validated against a strict JSON schema and the report exports to PDF. Stage two adds a landing page, email and Google sign-in, review history, an interactive viewer that highlights findings on the drawing, and credit billing through Stripe.
