Consent to personal data processing

• phone number;
• email address;
• preferred contact channel;
• company name;
• the content of my message and my answers in the form (type of project, industry, timing, approximate budget);
• technical data: IP address, browser user agent, page address and referrer, UTM tags and advertising click identifiers, cookie identifiers _fbp and _fbc, date and time of the request.

• considering my request and contacting me through the channel I chose;
• preparing a solution outline, estimate and commercial proposal;
• concluding and performing a contract with me or the company I represent;
• analysing which pages and advertising campaigns brought my request, based on the page address, referrer, UTM tags and click identifiers attached to it;
• measuring the effectiveness of advertising in advertising platforms — only if I have separately accepted analytics and advertising cookies.

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalisation, blocking, deletion and destruction — both automated and manual.

I agree that the Operator may entrust processing to, and transfer my data to, persons acting on its behalf and on its instructions: hosting and infrastructure providers, CRM and notification services — and, only if I have accepted advertising cookies, advertising platforms (Meta, Google, Yandex) in the form described in the Privacy policy — contact data is passed only to Meta and only in hashed form.

I agree to the cross-border transfer of my personal data where it is necessary for the purposes above — for example, when a project involves partners in other countries or services located abroad — subject to the requirements of applicable law. For citizens of the Russian Federation, initial collection and storage take place in databases located in the Russian Federation.

This consent is valid from the moment the form is submitted until the purposes of processing are achieved, for a maximum of 3 years after my last contact with the Operator, or until I withdraw it.

I may withdraw this consent at any time by sending a request to hello@nextrobot.online with the subject “Withdrawal of consent”. After receiving it, the Operator stops processing and destroys my personal data within 30 days, except where continued processing is permitted by law. Processing carried out before the withdrawal remains lawful.

• I am at least 18 years old;
• the data I provide is my own, or I am entitled to provide it — for example, as a representative of a company;
• I have read the Privacy policy, which describes the processing in more detail.

This consent is a separate, standalone document, issued apart from the Privacy policy and any other terms — in line with the requirement of Russian law (Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”) that consent to processing be issued separately from other documents.
