What we built
We designed a voice agent with a four-step pipeline: speech recognition tuned to business terms, intent analysis, action in connected systems and a spoken answer. The agent works with ERP, CRM, warehouse accounting, video surveillance and corporate documents, assigns tasks to staff and builds reports. Executive, manager and employee roles define data access; traffic is encrypted and every action is logged.
